The project of a villa in Miami (North Bay Village) was completed in 2016.

The task was to reconstruct the existing house using the main load-bearing elements build on the second floor, arrange an exploited roof with a terrace.

As a result, the total area of the villa in the modern style was 6230 sq. ft.

Before reconstruction - 2150 sq. ft.

Panoramic windows offer magnificent views of Biscayne Bay, Downtown.

On a plot of there is a terrace with a pool and a view of the bay, a barbecue area, a boat dock.

The roof terrace houses a solarium and a soft seating area.
